A Palestinian young man was martyred on Monday evening when the Israeli occupation forces (IOF) opened fire at him in Nablus City, north of the West Bank.
The Palestinian health ministry said that 18-year-old Nour Arafat died of bullet injuries in his chest, abdomen and shoulder when Israeli soldiers opened fire at him in al-Masaken ash-Shabiyah neighborhood in Nablus City.
The young man was critically injured during the Israeli forces’ raid into the neighborhood and clashes with local youths.
Local sources said that the IOF intensively used live bullets during the events.
