- 85g Basil
- 4 Cloves Garlic
- 60g Pine Kernels
- 100-150ml Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 50g Parmesan
- 1. Put the basil and garlic in a food processor, blend to a paste.2. Add lots of salt and pepper, the pine nuts, olive oil and parmesan. Blend again. Serve fresh or put in jar and place in the fridge.
