  • 4 6 to 8 ounce snapper fillets
  • 1 tablespoon Sweet paprika
  • 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon White Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • ½ teaspoon thyme
  • ½ teaspoon Oregano. dried
  • 4 tablespoons melted butter


  • Mix well together the spices and seasonings.Dip the snapper in melted butter and sprinkle on the Cajun spice, Pan Fry over high heat until cooked.We like to serve this with a mixed green salad and a spicy salsa.Serve and Enjoy!
